You will receive an SMS or email from 3HK which will provide the activation code. You may visit https://3care.com.hk/bowtiego/activate and click the “Activate Now” button. Enter the activation code and personal information in order to activate BowtieGo.

You may search a doctor via bowtiego.com, make a phone call to the chosen clinic for reservation.
How to use at a clinic?
Visit bowtiego.com and show your 3Care BowtieGo member QR code to the clinic before and after consultation.
How do I redeem my body check?
A body check redemption code will be sent via email to you within a designated period of time* after your membership activation, which you will present upon visiting the body check center. You can also redeem the body check offer by logging into your 3Care BowtieGo account within a designated period of time* after your membership activation.
*Individual VAS ($49/month): 90 days after activation;
Individual Free to Go ($79/month): after 12 consecutive months;
Individual Annual Pass ($948/year): 90 days after activation
